A Bizarre Fashion Video for Proenza Schouler

0

The Americans have arrived in Paris. California-born director Harmony Korine, known for writing the screenplay for Kids, the cult hit that gave Chloë Sevigny and Rosario Dawson their first roles, and Proenza Schouler, the New York fashion house who made waves with the launch of their handbag collection which featured the über coveted PS1 satchel, have banded together to produce the strangest fashion film I’ve seen in a long time. The film features distorted-faced models dressed as Native Americans (in Proenza Schouler’s controversial, Navajo inspired FW/11 collection) who have an unusual evening with a cross-eyed, trailer preacher. The film is called Snowballs. Points if you get the snowball reference.
